Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

Shipping Policy

  • 'I Am So Wasted' provides FREE shipping on every order within India if the order value is equal or greater than ₹1,200.00/-. For order value below ₹1,200.00/-, shipping fee will vary with location and accessibility. 

  • Cash on Delivery has an additional charge of Rs.40

  • We don't allow editing of orders or addresses once the order is placed.

  • After your payment confirmation, our operations team ensures that your order is shipped as early as possible.

  • We will ensure that the product reaches you within 4-10 working days, from the date of purchase.

  • In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility.

  • 'I Am So Wasted' does not deliver products outside India. You can place an order on our website from anywhere in the world, however please ensure that the delivery address is within India. Our courier partners do not deliver to certain pin codes - you will be intimated if we can service to your location based on the pin code entered by you.

  • Please do NOT pay for any additional charges to courier staff. Your invoice amount is inclusive of all charges.

Return & Refund Policy

  • All returns or exchanges need to be made within 15 days from the date of delivery of your order.

  • At the time of return/exchange please make sure the products are in their original condition, with their price tag and bag intact along with the original invoice.

  • In case you have received a damaged or a wrong product please notify us via email at . We will arrange for a return pick up and replace the items (Subject to availability) free of cost or issue a full refund. 

  • In case of returns other than a damaged or wrong item shipped, please ship to the below-mentioned return address at your own cost. Once the returned product satisfies our quality check we will reimburse you with 'I Am So Wasted' Online Store Credit (Redeemable online only).

  • We cannot do cash refunds on sale items or discounted products. But will issue you an Online Store Credit of equal value of the price paid.

  • Refund on COD transactions will be processed in the form of Online store credit.

  • Discount coupons are non-transferable and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for any case.

  • No return/exchange on masks.

  • The reimbursements on Fresh Merchandise will be credited to the Customer's bank account within the time span stipulated by the bank.

  • 'I Am So Wasted' reserves the right to process refunds on a product, based on the product's quality inspection.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.


At "I Am So Wasted," we understand that circumstances may arise which necessitate the cancellation of an order. We strive to accommodate our customers while maintaining fairness to all parties involved. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as orders are typically processed swiftly to ensure timely delivery.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team via email at . Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation when contacting us.

  • Refunds: If an order is canceled within the designated cancellation period, customers will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the cancellation request.

  • Exceptions: In certain cases, such as customized or made-to-order items, cancellation may not be possible after the order has been placed. Additionally, if an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and customers must follow our return policy for any desired refunds or exchanges.

  • Policy Changes: "I Am So Wasted" reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or other communication channels.
